The precision of numerical control spinning product is higher than that of manual spinning, because the manual control force in each spinning process cannot reach consistency, so the dimensional stability is poor.

About manufacturing cost

The cost of CNC spinning die is lower than that of stamping and drawing, the production cycle is shorter and the adjustment of die is more convenient. Most of the spinning products sheet stamping tensile good production efficiency, means that the spinning product sheet manufacturing cost is higher, in the process of mass production of CNC spinning main advantage lies in the fact that flexible production technology, a more complex shape of axially symmetrical parts processing, processing of metal material is thicker and bigger size, obvious advantages in the medium and small batch production. For some thin wall parts of metal rotary body, the blank can be made first by stamping or stretching, and then the final molding can be made by spinning. This can not only reduce the production time, but also overcome the disadvantages of stamping and stretching, which cannot make shrinkage.
